OPERATION DON'T SUCK AT WAR

 

STEP ONE - MAX BASES AND TROOPS BY TOWN HALL LEVEL.

 

Priorities are air defence, giant bombs,  teslas,  air bombs, air seeking mines, mortars, skeleton traps and then the others.

 

Troop priorities are Golems, Witches, Wizards, Dragons and then archers.  Other troops are personal preference but we need those listed for war.

 

STEP TWO - THE RIGHT PEOPLE

 

We have a great team of people, but not a great team of raiders. Everyone should be practicing war raids at least one day a week. GOWIWI, GOWIPE, Dragons and Balloonion.  No more crazy untested combinations like Dragons and hogs or wallbreakers and cheese.

 

No recruiting unless the player will actually be beneficial in wars. No one lower than th8...(maxed or very close).

 

You WILL NOT do wars until these are done.  We went to war with our most upgraded and some of our most experienced players and got...to be polite, annihilated.

 

STEP THREE - WAR TEAMS

 

Team 1 th10, th9 to be coordinated by myself with the usual help of co leaders (always appreciated)

 

Team 2 th8 and th7 to be coordinated by Slim, Bekah, Leif through kik and obviously with the help of everyone else.

 

The idea is to make people accountable and hopefully to understand why certain people just cannot be picked. if a team has enough people willing and able to war they get to declare war on the Wednesday.

 

This will be easier to have the kind of troops ready. ..ie team 2 is going to be a lot of dragons.

 

If it so happens that team 1 is ready and team two is ready then we will discuss in kik and see who we feel deserves the war.

 

No team will have an advantage due to rank of personnel, simply the best chance of success.
